We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Immucaps. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date. The products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team via the email address provided on our website. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned items, excluding shipping charges. If you received a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the net amount paid.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
